Garden Shoppe

When you pay admission in the Visitors Center, the first thing you’ll notice is our Garden Shoppe, with unique and creative merchandise lines and reasonable prices.  You’ll find items for your adult family and friends, as well as the munchkins on your list.  There’s beautiful floral umbrellas and totes, hosts of angels, all varieties and sizes of frogs, butterflies, hummingbirds, excellent collection of gardening and nature books, wood carvings, jewelry, bird feeders . . . and of course hats and shirts—but not the ones you’ll find at the mall or souvenir shops! There are small gifts, large gifts, garden and patio décor, and when you’re out of ideas—Gift Memberships.  There’s countless inexpensive kids stuff, clever wooden bird pens, great selection of wind chimes, and the list goes on.  If you just want to shop that day, Visitors Center-only admission is free! The Visitors Center has the same hours as the Gardens & Nature Center—Open Daily 7:30-5:30

Summer Hours (May 1-Labor Day): 7:30-7:30.

Class & Meeting Room

Most of our seminars, garden club meetings and small parties are held in the Meeting Room, which can hold up to around 50 people in classroom seating.  Garden clubs and plant societies with Botanical Gardens memberships may hold one meeting a year in this room at no charge.  It includes a sink, microwave, serving counter and small refrigerator.
