[*A major purpose of the meeting will be to elect Managing Directors for any vacancies in the new board class to serve for three years, as well as

Managing Directors for any vacancies in the other two classes.  A nominating committee will present a list of candidates.]

HIGHLIGHTS OF BYLAWS REVISION

Simplifying, updating & condensing to reflect basic style, content & format of by-laws of other major area non-profit attractions.

Creating an option to expand the Executive Committee arm of the Board of Directors.

Changing election of Board of Directors and Officers from May to November, with terms running January through December--to match our Fiscal Year.

Moving general membership governance from the by-laws to an independent Membership Policy . . .
