12 Monday evening sessions (6:15-8:00 p.m.), 4 fieldtrips, with Gene Blacklock, award-winning & entertaining birder & naturalist, co-author of Birds of Texas-a Field Guide and Birds of the Texas Coastal Bend; former environmental educator for Welder Wildlife Foundation, and Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program, and Texas Parks & Wildlife field biologist in colonial water bird management. Class Maximum is 18. Fee for the series is $200, $175 members. Non-members’ fee will include a year’s individual membership ($25 value) to the Botanical Gardens & Nature Center. PREPAID REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED by January 13. (Class size 12-18; canceled if less than 12.)
